A Classic! With the Elections just around the corner, Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment has put together a very special DVD looking back at the most popular educational shorts of all time - School House Rock!

This 49 minute disc includes I'm Just A Bill, Shot Heard 'Round The World and I'm Gonna Send Your Vote to College. These witty tracks are accompanied by clever visuals that help illustrate the topics. While some of these date back to the mid seventies it's remarkable how relevant they still are, including Energy Blues and Tyrannosaurus Debt. Some of the shorts featured prove to be one of the highest points of education based entertainment, however there are a couple of shorts included from the nineties that lack the inspiration and animation that made Schoolhouse Rock! what it was.

Schoolhouse Rock! The Election Collection is a great package of shorts that is sure to provide a fun flashback to anyone born in the 70's and also a great educational base for those born around 2000.
