What a trip! Adam Sandler takes you on the ride of your life with Bedtime Stories, a tale within' a tale available now on Blu-Ray.

This film revolves around the character of Skeeter Bronson who was raised with his sister Wendy in a small motel run by his dad Marty. Due to bad business decisions Marty is put in a situation where he reluctantly agrees to sell the motel to the shady Barry Nottingham who seals the deal by promising some day he will make Skeeter the manager. From here we advance 30 years to find the location of the old motel transformed into a glamorous hotel and Skeeter still devoted to the hotel business, even though he's the janitor.

Eventually we find out Skeeter's odds aren't so great to become the manager and that in addition to his daily duties he's been asked to watch his sister's two children, Patrick and Bobbi along with her overly protective friend Jill. Their first nightgets cut short when Skeeter realizes there is no television in the house of Patrick and Bobbi and it's off to bed for them. That's when Patrick and Bobbi request a Bedtime Story and the adventure begins. Skeeter wakes up the next morning to find out their story from the night before is coming true right before his eyes. From here he does his best to plot his future and it provides for many comedic moments when things don't turn out exactly how he planned.

The picture on this Blu-ray is gorgeous and the work that went into authoring it is top notch. When fast-forwarding and rewinding you get an image of the current chapter in the lower right-hand corner in addition to the visual timeline. Also included are features such as Cutting Room Floor: Deleted Scenes, Laughter Is Contagious Outtakes, Until Gravity Do Us Part, It's Bugsy and To All The Little People. Plus you get a DVD Copy - perfect for road trips or other DVD players around the house and a DisneyFile Digital Copy so you can watch it on the iPod or Computer.

This comedy/family film was much cleaner than expected. The language was mild with the exception of a "What the.... (where the next word is there but faded out).
