M2M - July 2002
Here are some of the highlights from the Interview.
Tommy: When you first came onto the scene, you released your single Don’t
Say You Love Me, what was it like to see it take off the way that it
did?
M2M: It was so exciting because it was our first single, and it was from our
last album Shades Of Purple, and it was very exciting, we got to travel
the world twice for that record and we went on tour.
Tommy: What inspires you to write the songs that you do?
M2M: Listening to other music, feelings, just wanting to have your own
songs. We want to show people that we feel something when we sing the
songs. We actually feel that it is more of an advantage, having our
own material because when you sing lyrics that you’ve written
yourself you can really hear a difference.
Tommy: Ok, you have your second CD out what does Big Room really mean to
you?
M2M: It means a lot, it’s exactly how we wanted it, and we’re
really proud of it, we wrote all the songs and we played on it. It means
a lot.
