Here are some of the highlights from the Interview.

Tommy: Next week a lot of people will be heading back to school. What’s the one thing you consider a must have item for back to school?

Lindsey Shaw: A good binder! You have to stay organized, you have a ton of stuff you have to carry and a good binder always helped me out in school.

Tommy: Okay, how about some other advice regarding other back to school type things like getting a haircut. Is that something that should be done a day before the first day of school or maybe a week or two out?

Lindsey Shaw: Like maybe a week and a half before. Let it have a chance to grow in. If you’re gonna do anything like highlight your hair or color your hair do that like three weeks in advance so it has a chance to fade. Cause some of those things can take time for you to get used to so definitely do all of your haircut stuff in advance and also have a good back to school outfit ready like a good first day outfit.

Tommy: Speaking of outfits, what things are going to be hot this year?

Lindsey Shaw: Ya know what? I have no idea. I basically flip through magazines, look at what I think is cool and go out and buy it.

Tommy: So you just get your ideas from going to the mall?

Lindsey Shaw: Yeah, whatever I think is cool on the rack I pick up.

Tommy: How about new shoes, should they already be broken into or do you like the squeaky clean look?

Lindsey Shaw: Oh no no no. Break your shoes in. Seriously, there is nothing worst than walking through school on your first day having like blisters on your feet and being in total pain. Seriously get them like a week in advance atleast.
