Brenda Song: Yes.

Raul: Now what’s the movie all about?

Brenda Song: Well it’s about this character Wendy Wu and she’s a typical sixteen year old and her biggest goal and aspect for the year is to be Homecoming Queen. Her family is Chinese American but yet they’ve gotten so lost in culture. Ya know, you get so lost in every day life it’s like we don’t think about where we come from or what our history is and our ancestors. And so one day this monk shows up and her door and she’s like this is odd? Ya know, and it turns out she is a reincarnated warrior that every son often this evil spirit comes through and takes the bodies into someone elses body and is trying to not take over the world but it’s just earthquakes, crazy he just wants the world to disappear. And so she realizes now in front of her Wendy who is worried about Homecoming Queen has to think about training to save the world or Homecoming Queen. And typical sixteen year old is like… Homecoming Queen.
